HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ACTIVEWEAR?

  • We always recommend washing your SHAPES By Salma activewear on a delicate cycle with cold water and hang dry to prevent potential fraying/pilling. To prevent snagging, we highly recommend washing your activewear separately from any other clothing that may contain zippers or other forms of sharp objects as this can cause the material to tear or snag.

  • he shipping time frame 1 business day from the day you placed your order. Please be advise orders placed on Friday will be shipped following Monday

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

  • We hope you love your SHAPES By Salma Activewear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging, tags, removable bra pads.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ITEM?

  • Once the order is placed we are unable to make any changes to it. You may submit a request to cancel your order contact@shapesbysalma.com however, if your order has already been fulfilled by our team, we are unable to cancel it.

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL.

  • SHAPES By Salma cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

  • If you received an item(s) you think are damaged, please email contact@shapesbysalma.com as soon as possible. Please provide multiple photos of the damage and your order number. Damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. SHAPES By Salma guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions.
